All required vehicle documents must be valid at all times. The company shall not be held responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal issues arising from missing, invalid, or expired documents.
Customers are required to verify that the rates provided are officially issued by the company. The company will not be liable for any pricing disputes resulting from informal negotiations or communication made outside official channels.
The company or the driver shall not assume any liability for damage caused to the customer’s vehicle under any circumstances. In the event of an accident, neither the company nor the driver shall be held responsible; however, assistance will be provided to support the insurance claim process in accordance with the vehicle’s existing insurance policy.
Customers must inspect their vehicle before settling the bill with the driver. Any concerns, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to the driver prior to making payment.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is covered under a valid insurance policy. The company is not liable for any damages, disputes, or legal issues resulting from uninsured or insufficiently insured vehicles.
If the customer contacts or books the driver directly without involving the company, the company shall not be held accountable for any issues, disputes, accidents, or payment-related conflicts arising from such private arrangements.
By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions, including their responsibilities regarding vehicle condition, valid documentation, and insurance compliance.
Drivers are expected to follow all traffic regulations and maintain professional conduct. Customers must not instruct or compel drivers to violate traffic rules, overspeed, or engage in unsafe driving. Any inappropriate or unsafe behavior by the customer may result in immediate service termination.
Once a booking is confirmed and the driver has arrived at the customer’s location, cancellation will not be permitted. In the event of cancellation after arrival, a minimum charge will be applied. Cancellations are allowed only if made at least 30 minutes prior to the driver’s scheduled arrival time.
